Stefan Breuer (65) begann 2007 in Ascona sein kleines Imperium aufzubauen. “Am Anfang hatte ich viel Gegenwind”, sagt der Grossgastronom. Heute ist er im Herzen Tessiner und mit insgesamt acht Gastrobetrieben der ungekrönte König der Piazza in Ascona.
